Each piece has been handmade by Jasmine in her Edinburgh based studio. As it is handmade, each piece will be slightly different to the next, making your piece completely original. We think this adds an exciting story and uniqueness and we hope that you love your piece as much as Jasmine enjoys making it!

We aim to photograph the pieces for our website as accurately as possible, however these are to be looked at as illustrative representations to display the colour, scale and style options available. We cannot guarantee that each device's screen will display an accurate reflection of colour and therefore, your physical product may vary slightly from the colour on your screen. Because our products are handmade, all product measurements are approximate and may vary ever so slightly between each piece.

If a product of interest is no longer available, please get in touch via the contact page to make an enquiry on when the product will come back into stock. If, in the unlikely event, a product has been ordered, and the product status has not been updated to 'out of stock', you will be contacted as soon as possible with a new delivery date.

P A C K A G I N G

We feel it is our responsibility to be as eco friendly as possible when it comes to packaging and therefore all packaging is recyclable and some can be reused if opened with care.

Unless you have made a large order, all jewellery can fit through a standard post box.

P A Y M E N T S

All prices exclude delivery charges and will vary depending on option selected at checkout. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay for any import duties or extra taxes.

Payment for orders is taken by SSL SECURE SHOPPING which offers the highest level of security.

A delivery charge will be an addition to the cost of the product and will vary depending on the preferred shipping option chosen by you.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 working days unless stated otherwise and you will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

If you have selected shipping option 'special delivery' at the checkout, you will be notified with a tracking number.

Please allow 3-5 working days for UK orders.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L

EU shipping update - due to new EU VAT rules parcels sent to the EU will now incur import VAT, tax and/or a customs fee upon delivery, any taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

R E T U R N S A N D R E F U N D S

Every care is taken to ensure your purchase is perfect, however if you are unhappy with anything or would like to return an item please get in touch - jasmine@jasminelinington.com. Please post the item back in all it’s original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned. However, if there is a fault and you would like to exchange or request a full refund, please contact jasmine@jasminelinington.com to notify us of your request. You are responsible for repackaging any returns to a suitable standard and you are also responsible for any returned items that have been delivered.

Refunds will be made once item has been received.
