A delivery charge will be an addition to the cost of the product and will vary depending on the preferred shipping option chosen by you.

All orders will be processed within 5 working days unless stated otherwise and you will be notified with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1 - 5 working days for dispatched UK orders to arrive, depending on the selected delivery option.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned. However, if there is a fault and you would like to exchange or request a full refund, please contact jasmine@jasminelinington.com to notify us of your request. You are responsible for repackaging any returns to a suitable standard and you are also responsible for any returned items that have been delivered.
